Ini pie..namanya Royal peach pie,tp sy punya x royal sbb peach sbb peach x cukup stok.Apa2 pun rasanya mmg sedap..Resepi ninsy ambik dari satu buku masakan yg saya beli beberapa tahun lepas,tahun baru nak cuba resepi..
Bahan-Bahannya seperti di bawah..:
Untuk pastry:
65gm butter
35gm majerin -sy guna butter semua
75gm icing sugar
1 egg
200gm high protein flr
Beat butter & icing sugar until smooth & fluffy,add in egg.
Fold in flour and mix well.roll the dough to fit the size of a 24cm pie mould.(Sy tambah sikit tepung sbb lembik sket-sampai boleh canai)
Filling:
175gm double cream (sy guna anchor uht cream)
75gm fresh milk
50gm sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Peach halves (sy x cukup stock tu yg jarang2 jer)
Some glaze cherries (sy x letak)
Beat sugar & egg until fluffy.Add in fresh milk,cream,salt & vanilla.
Pour mixture into pie mould lined with dough.
Decorate with slice peach & cherries.
Bake at 160-170 c for 40 minutes or until cook.(Sy baked dulu skjp dlm 30 min kasi keras sket kastad pastu keluarkan & susun peach)
